Turtle Town!!

I've been on the Islands a little over a week now.  A one-way ticket here was a dangerous decision, someone may have to come drag me out, any takers?

Every dive in the water and I've seen something new and incredible.  Day one, jumped off the boat onto literally 15+ huge sea turtles (hawksbill and green), a couple days ago I swam above 3 white-tipped sharks (4-5ft long) and some spotted eagle rays. Yesterday, it was a playful sea lion chasing fish in a small cove along the coastline.

Tortuga Bay, Santa Cruz Island

Floreana Island

Lovers' Lane, this goes on for  6-8  hours

Volcan Chico, Isabela Island

Nap Time
Spent most of the week on the Island of Santa Cruz, a few days on Isabela (the largest and shaped like a seahorse), and a day trip to Floreana (2 hour boat ride each way).

I arrived to San Cristobal Island (capital of the galapagos) yesturday where I met 2 guys and a girl from Texas (cowboy, Shiner & longhorn hats were a dead give-a-way).  We, along with a couple from Ecuador/California, and 2 girls from Canada went in on a 3bd/3ba apartment with a kitchen for 80 bucks.  We'll see how it goes I havent had a kitchen for the last 3 weeks so I'm excited for that and hopefully I can save some money on eating-in.
My new bestie....baby sea lion, Wilmer

Adios!
